63TT & 70TT Thermal break doors and windows

Series 63TT and 70TT for thermal break doors and windows Windows and glass doors shall be made using an «open joint» system with thermal break insulating sections. The main characteristic of this system is that the central weatherstripping is positioned back from the outer edge of the sections in order to create a large pressure equalization chamber (open joint). This system is particularly suitable for extreme hot or cold weather countries because its thermal break performance significantly reduces air conditioning costs.

70TT:

  • Certified class 2.1 according to DIN 4108 standard
  • Average heat transmission feature (at opening) 2.69W/m2K figure calculated according to UNI EN 12412 - 2 international standard.

Frame depth for the doors 62 mm Shutter depth for windows and balcony doors 70 mm This series has a classic design. The shutters for the windows and balcony doors are externally flat and internally overlapping. The top overhanging windows (single or installed in strip windows) can be equipped with hinges and stopping arms.

Glazing:

This series allows the installation of a range of glass from 20 - 36 mm thickness (for top hung up to 32 mm). The glass is fixed by various types of glass beads squared, rounded, with internal and external gaskets..
